A: Our beads are sold temporarily strung. They are usually 15-16" unless otherwise stated.
Q: How are the sizes measured?
A: The most commonly used unit of measurement for beads is in inches. For example if it said rectangle 13x8mm, it means that the height of the beads is 13mm and the width is 8mm. Sometimes, we add a third measurement to provide you with the thickness of the beads.
Q: Do you have a printed catalog?
A: No, because our inventory is constantly changing, with new items being added frequently so the best way to view our selection is on this website or in our store.
Q: Do you sell wholesale or retail?
A: We sell both wholesale and retail. On the website, we have a tiered discount system that give customers volume discount when buying over certain price ranges.

A: It can be one of the following reasons:
1. We currently do not have enough in stock to sell it on the website.

Q: What happens when an item goes out of stock?
A: It is unknown since we often have unique and hard-to-find beads that may only be available within a limited time period. Therefore, if you are planning to design your collection with these beads, make sure you stock up on them.
Q: How accurate is the information about the beads?
A: We try our very best to provide you with the most accurate information about all products. However, since all stone beads are hand-cut, slight variations within a strand should be expected. Note that the pictures and your monitor may not accurately convey the actual color shown.
Q: How does your discount system work?
A: Our online shop has a tiered discount system. The more you buy, the more you save. The best of all is that you can MIX and MATCH different items to get the lowest price. Yes, this means that you do not have to get a large quantity of one certain item in order to save.
Q: How do I know how much I have saved on my order?
A: When you check out, you will see your subtotal and "Quantity Discount." When you click on "Quantity Discount," you will see a detailed text about the discount you have received. However, if there is a promotion going on, invoices may be corrected manually and so the invoice that you receive in your e-mail will be incorrect and that the revised one will be shipped out with your order.
Q: After I have placed my order, what can I expect next?
A: Once we have received your order, we will put together your order based on what we have available in stock. The online inventory does not always reflect our actual store inventory. Therefore, sometimes you may have been able to buy the item when it is not in stock. In these cases, we may e-mail or call you by phone to verify your order.

Q: After I have place my order, when will it be shipped?
A: If your order is placed and paid before 10am Pacific Time (Monday to Friday) AND given that all items you’ve ordered are in stock, your order will be shipped out on the SAME DAY. Please note that orders placed on the weekends and holidays will be shipped out on the next business day.

A: Note that this return policy is ONLY for online purchases and thus DOES NOT apply to in-store purchases.
The following items are FINAL SALE:

1. Returns must be made within 10 days after you have received your shipment.
2. All returns need to be pre-authorized, please e-mail us BEFORE you send out your return.
3. Return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility. We recommend that you send your return by insured mail, preferably one that requires signature upon delivery.
4. Please wrap your return in bubble wrap. Returned items must be in their original condition with a copy of the invoice. Any item that is returned in a condition that cannot be resold will not be accepted.
5. If your return results in a change in the volume pricing discount you have received, your credit will be adjusted to the new volume pricing discount. Also, if return results in a subtotal less than that required for Free Shipping, shipping charge will be applied for the original shipment and taken off from the credit.
6. If your return is not received within 2 weeks after it has been pre-authorized, it will be not be accepted. Therefore, send out your return immediately after you have received the pre-authorization.
